How do i attach the wire harness to the soft touch pad which sticks onto the front of the control panel/door.

Looks like a 1/4 inch piece of the harness slides into the touchpad and makes a conncetion with the circuit. Appears that a silicone was used to hold it in place, but is next to impossible to line up the harness w the contact points in the touch pad.

Please help.

If the wire to the touch pad have been dislodge from the panel the panel will have to be replaced.
