If Soft Scrub creates a lot of suds like regular dishwashing liquid you will have to get it very clean. Dishwashers do not like suds and often will not pump the water because of them. Put some Soft Scrub in a glass add some water, shake and see the amount of suds produced. This will tell you how clean you have to get it.
You could take it apart but that is a lot of work.
I would get a piece of clear tubing 1/4 to 1/2 inch diameter and a couple feet long.
Then suck up the Soft Scrub, put your thumb over the end before it reaches your mouth and empty the filled tube into the sink (sorta like siphoning gas).
Once you cannot get any more out, add water to the dispenser till full, put the cap on, shake the door up/down to mix/dilute then siphon this out. Do this till it is clean.
