It might be rotating the wrong way=new motor time. If not turning, look for obstruction under it. They can be hard to take off, I split it off with a chisel.
I have the same problem. Which direction is the impeller supposed to spin? I can't seem to find any other problems with my dishwasher, except the amount and pressure of water through the spray bars is a slow trickle and not enough to move them, let alone wash. The impeller appears to spin fine, but I think it's the wrong directions (counter clockwise). Any other ideas? Thanks.
