We need to replace a wheel on the middle rack. Serial number is 22389673EC. Since these wheels and the rack adjuster assemblies for this series are no longer available, the question is whether the assembly for the 23 series (PS1154310) will work and/or whether the wheel from this assembly or for the upper rack (PS729116) can be modified to work?

No the assembly for the 23 series will not work.

The only thing you can do is replace the rack.

Not to say that something could not be modified to work but not to my knowledge.
