Default Repacing on/off switch
Brand: Other
Model Number: bosch shu3030
Age: 5 - 10 years

The off/on button will not stay depressed and slowly releases during the on phase and turns the machine off. I am assuming that the switch is going bad and will need to be replaced. My question is how difficult is this to do and are parts still available? I am a pretty competent DIY and willing to tackle this job if I have some minor instruction. Thanks. Oh, the switch is the mechanical vs. electronic push pad.

To access the control panel remove the T-20 torx screws that hold the control panel in place.

There are locking tabs that hold the switch in place.

You should have no problem.
