Hi, i am having a problem with my dishwasher, it does not derain water. when i turn it on water comes, but i dont know if the arms are spining or not. i checked the derainage pipe its clear, i checked the valve, its ok too. when i turn the timer to drain, i do hear the click like the valve is open to drain the water but it doesn't. what might be the problem? Thank u for ur help. And please remember i m not too fimiliar with dishwasher mechnesim, never mind my spelling. Thanks again

Can you please verify you model number as I can not locate it in our database?

If the solenoid is energizing the linkage may have came off or the flap is broken.

With your model number I can give you a breakdown of your dishwasher.

The model number should be on a tag on the door or on the dishwasher where the door closes.

By the way i checked it again today, motor is not working, anyway i'll wait for your answer

If the motor is not running check to see if you are getting voltage to the motor.

Was your dishwasher purchased in Canada or the USA?

I fixed the problem by changing the motor, first time ever, did it myself, took me little time but got it right the first time. Thanks for your help
