Default Not cleaning dishes / very slow timer
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 665.15899100
Age: 1 - 4 years

The dishwasher seems to go through all the cycles but the dishes are not cleaned. The maximum, "Anti Bacterial" cycle seems to take much longer than the 99 minutes it starts with, as I can stare at the display for 5 minutes and it doesn't decrease. The quick rinse cycle does only take 10 minutes to complete however. The water doesn't seem to be heating but the heated drying seems to work. I figured that the heating element for the water would also control the steam for drying. Any help would be much appreciated.

Where is the water level when the dishwasher fills with water?

What is the temperature of the water going in to the dishwasher?
