Default No water to arms, no movement..just drains out all water
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: fdb636gfr1
Age: 5 - 10 years

my washer leaves dish detergent all over dry dishes..appears no water at arms, but does fill up and drain out ok...if look at motor from front of washer, it always turns counter clock wise...i've exposed the impeller to see the check ball...impeller never moves..i can spin impellar while at same time holding the rear cooling fan of motor stationary....is this the motor assbly?? any ideas?? thanks...steve

Yes it does sound like the impeller is turning free on the motor shaft.
