 New handle: now dishwasher doesn't work right Brand: Frigidaire Model Number: GLDB 958 AQ 0 Age: 5 - 10 years
Replaced handle on 6-year old Frigidaire Dishwasher. (Was told 1000's have been replaced.) Now, the "Start/Cancel" button doesn't work. Dishwasher will run if "Delay Start" is used. However, it doesn't seem to cycle entirely. It flashes a code CL, which according to the manual, means the door is open. However, the latched has clicked, and it shouldn't begin at all (delay start) if door really isn't closed. We're perplexed (and a bit angry, to say the least). Everything worked fine until the original handle broke. |
