Neptune MAH4000AWW that won't drain Appliance Wiki, Thanks for the response. There is a black plastic hose that hooks up to the bottom of the washer, it hooks into two little pumps. I've taken the hose and the two pumps completely out. The hose was free of anything. The pumps had a some dirt the came out. I took each pup appart and cleaned them. I then put it all together and it worked fine for about 7 or 8 loads. The last load had blankents and bedding in it. Once the cycle is over the washer is full of water and soap suds (no rinse or draining). When we take the drain hose and lower it to floor level and drain all the water out the rinse and drain part of the cycle works fine. I wonder if their is a weight distribution issue? What do you think.
Where the hose connects to the tub it is about a 3 inch opening. When I feel up in the tub there is a smaller 1 and a half inch hose that hangs down, dosn't connect, looks like free hanging to drain into the larger opening. I couldn't feel anything stuck in it.
thanks for your quick repy before.
