Default Neither spray arm working at all
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FBD2310LCC1
Age: 1 - 4 years

The other day I noticed that my dishwasher is no longer working. It fills with water fine. The water gets heated up so the inside of the unit is nice and steamy, but no water goes through either of the spray arms. Through the wash and rinse cycle it just sits there doing nothing. Then at the end of the cycle the water drains just like it's supposed to. I have cleaned every filter I can find but no luck. I've taken out everything that looks like I can take out from the inside. Cleaned everything and replaced it. Still nothing. I also pulled it out from under the counter and a visual inspection does not reveal anything obviously wrong. I did check the spray arms too. There is no blockage at all. It seems like the water is not getting to the arms at all, instead just sitting in the bottom of the unit. Can there be a pump problem since the filling and draining is still fine? Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Can you please verify your model number

The model number should be on a tag with the serial number on the door or the edge of the tub where the door closes.

Does it sound like like the motor is running?
