Default My Bosch SHU43 won't finish its cycle!
Brand: Other
Model Number: Bosch SHU43
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hey guys,
I have a problem with my dishwasher. Instead of finishing its cycle, it just stays on. It seems to be stuck on the rinse cycle. I had to turn it manually about four hours later (when realized it still hasn't finished its cycle), and the water didn't drain either!
Any ideas on what can be the problem?
Thanks!

Can you please verify your model number?

It should be on a tag on the right side of the door.

The temperature sensor could be faulty or the heater could be faulty.

You will need a meter to check them.

The control could be the problem.

If the temperature of the water is not hot enough the dishwasher will set and washer until the temperature increases.

If the heating element has failed or the thermostat has failed the timer will not advance.
