You element is good.

You have an eight hundred and sixty watt element.

The next thing I would check is the limit thermostat
Item 16 on the Tub section of the parts breakdown, if you are not getting voltage to the heater.

The limit thermostat does not get voltage when the machine is on.

Sorry but I do not understand, I think I may have confused you
Does the heater get voltage?
If not then open the door to disconnect power and check the thermostat/ thermal cutout for continuity. It should be 0 ohms.

If you measure across the thermal cutout when there is power in the circuit and you see 0 volts, then the cutout is closed as it should be. You cannot develop voltage across 0 ohms. Problem is we do not know if there is voltage going from the control board to this circuit

I didn't explain my response well. Sorry.
I do not get any voltage to either side of the heater element or the limit thermostat. In other words, I am not getting voltage from the control board.
