Default Maytag Trouble
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MDB6601AWB
Age: More than 10 years

I bought a Maytag dishwasher about 2 years and now it runs thru the wash cycle and at 63 minutes on the timer it just hums and steams the dishes. I don't hear another cycle and I am not sure if this is normal. The dishes appear clean, but sometimes we taste a citrusy taste to our dishes (we use Lemi shine and citrus detergent). So is this normal and have we just not been paying attention to detail before now? Or am I going to burn the motor up by letting it continue to run? And it is out of warranty now, of course!
