our 3 yr old Maytag DW quiet series 100 model MDB5600AWB has started to make a very loud noise when working ( main pump ) at first I thought it was a vibration ( dishes too close together ) but it was too loud so I pulled the lower panel and the noise was apparently coming from the main motor ...it is a loud buzzing / vibration / almost like a car solenoid sound but fast and continuous ...the washer seems to work okay , but I am nervous to use it as it gets louder each wash . anyone have any similar experience ?
