The lower arm on my dishwasher does not spin. Water comes out and the top arm spins. I have taken it down to the drain impeller hoping to find a striped or broken part, but nothing. The spray holes in the arm are clean, the micro filter is clean as well. The black plastic impeller that sits on top of the suction plate is broken, I am pretty sure it brok when I took the bold out, but not 100%. Any ideas what could cause this?

Well I epoxyed the impeller to see if that is was th issue, and low and behold it was! It now works!!!
