Default Maytag dishwasher grinding noise w/wash
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MWBH950AWB
Age: 5 - 10 years
Water fills properly but machine makes a grinding/vibration noise when wash starts. No water to arms and they are clear. Am getting a dribble out of lower arm?

Is it difficult to get to the impeller if that might be the problem? I saw the post below on that model talking about it?

Is it worth fixing if it is just the impeller? Everything else is fine except pumping water to the arms...
