Dishwasher runs through entire predetermined cycle.
1. Tub fills just to the bottom of the heating element as stated in Maytag manual.
2. The wash cycle starts normal but water runs out of lower wash arm very slowly in a stream. Motor is running!
3. Never reaches the middle or upper wash arm. Placed cups at both levels there was no trace of water in cups.
4. Drain cycle works fine all water is drained from tub.
5. When rinse cycle fill starts water fills up to just to the bottom of heating element.
6. Water stops filling and rinse cycle begins water only flows very little out of lower wash arm, middle and upper arm have no water flowing or spraying from them. Used cups to check for water dispersion none seen.
7. Drain cycle drains all water from tub.

Pulled all wash arms from system all clean.
Removed mesh filter from below lower wash arm, it did have some crud on it so I did clean it. I also checked the plastic shaft that the impeller is installed on it was not broken. I didn't know how to check to see if the threads were stripped out from the motor shaft. But when turning the plastic shaft I do feel some resistance as the motor is turning.
I reassembled and tried running rinse only program and there was no change in symptoms. Any Ideas
