Default Leak from Rinse aide
Brand: Magic Chef
Model Number: DU40JV
Age: More than 10 years

Does anyone have a manual for a Magic Chef Model DU40JV? I have located a leak coming from the Rinse aide and would like to know part numbers and the best place to pick up these parts. The manual would also help in showing how the twist off part is suppose to sit. When I twist it all the way in It does not completely close and I do not know if this is how it is designed to be.

Thank you for this site.

Thanks Denman... Where would I find the series number for my unit? The parts I am looking for calls out for a series A0 or a series B6. Is this part of the serial number?

Thank you!

I looked up how Magic Chef does series
Looks like it should be listed on your model number tag as REV for revision

I was not able to locate a revision for my dish washer just the serial number... 28817242QB... that is it... no rev to be seen. I am looking right inside the unit where the door closes against the main body on a lable (serial tag lable).
Would this be a rev A0?

thanks again.

My wife just told me also that the dryer does not work on the unit so I will most likely be chasing that issue down also.

Sorry could not confirm your series number
My guess is that it is a B6 since you have a B in the S/N
Unless the part has a different Part Number it is the same thing
Many parts seems to be listed for different series but when you check they have the same Part Number
Tey to identify the part from the picture
Alternatively call or email Parts Select directly
