Default Leak from Dishwasher door
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KUDS25SHBS1
Age: 5 - 10 years

I had water leaking from my dishwasher, replaced both seals in the unit. The lower door seal does not stay attached and falls off. While the seal is on the dishwasher does not leak. what can I do to keep the seal attached?

You may have to use some sealant to get it to stay on.

Make sure that the surface is clean and dry and allow the adhesive to dry at least 12 hour before you use the dishwasher.

Here is a link to your dishwasher model KUDS25SHBS1.

When is it leaking?

Is it only when it first starts to wash?

Check the pump outlet gasket if it is back it will cause the dishwasher to leak on start up.

Question Still leaking

It leaks during the rinse cycle. Tried it with nothing in it. A repair tech looked at it and daid it may be the drum.

Red face Damaged barrter

We noticed that the barrier is damaged in the location of the leak and are ordering it to see if that will fix the problem. If it works please direct all questions about appliances to my wife. If not we will be replacing this dishwasher.
