The 'lock' light blinks continuously and none of the controls work. I've tried resetting the power but no change.

Has anyone encountered this problem and what can I check to troubleshoot this?

Count the number of times the light blinks before a pause.

There is no pause. It continuously blinks

It sounds like the control panel is locked.

Try pressing the air dry button for four seconds.

As of last night, I was able to run the dishwasher. However, at multiple times during the cycle, the washer would shut off and the 'lock on' light would blink continuously then startup again. This happened quite a few times and the time off varied from as few a 4 seconds to over a minute. It seemed to make it through the cycle but during the dry cycle it stopped and the 'lock on' light blinked continuously with no control. when the light is blinking, there is no response from any of the buttons. I thinking the control board is getting lost and/or confused during the cycle.

Last night I replace the control board. It ran through a normal cycle with no issues but at the end of the cycle, the "Quickrinse" light is now flashing. So I'm not convinced it was the control board. Any other ideas?

I've replaced the control board and the door switch but neither fixed the rpoblem. I've visually checked the control panel but do not see any obvious damage. The ribbon cable from the cntrl board and panel has no opens. The thermal fuse tests ok.

I'm out of ideas. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Is it back to blinking in the lock mode again or is it the quick rinse now?

Yes, the "lock" light is blinking again. When I installed the new control board, the "quick rinse" light is on with all control locked out. With the old board, it's the "lock" light on with all control locked out.
