We bought this house about two years ago and the seller said that the dishwasher was less than a year old. Since day one the dishwasher never dries the dishes. The element does heat up, but I am not sure if it heats up enough to dry the dishes. Thanks for the help!!

make sure that you select heated dry option, and use the jey dry in the rinse aid dispenser. if you are getting heat and you do those things you should be fine. also where you pour in the jet dry there is a little dial that you can turn to apply more or less of the rinse aide per cycle, usually 4 is the setting that i have found works the best. good luck!
