Need more info. What exactly happens?

Here is your parts breakdown
GE HDA3420Z02BB

Have you checked the drain for a clog?
Does the motor run when it is supposed to drain?
Does the drain/wash solenoid activate during drain?
It is on the left hand side of the pump assy.
