You will have to remove the pump assembly from the dishwasher.

Here is a link to your dishwasher model GSD3200J00CC.

This will show you how the unit comes apart.

Very rare impellers go bad, maybe a bad seal. Pull motor/pump off and turn the plastic screen off the pump housing, left hand thread, then remove impeller, right hand thread.
