Default Impeller Removal?
Brand: Roper
Model Number: RUD5750DQ2
Age: 5 - 10 years

I am trying to remove the impeller from the motor shaft to get to the seals but it will not budge, what's the secret to removing this?

Carefully split it in two. Use a really sharp chisel. Be carefull not to pound too hard on it: yet the motor is rather sturdy. You will need to sand the rusted shaft to get the new one on.

I received my parts late this afternoon, followed your advice and my dishwasher is back up and running. Most of all my wife is happy. One less item on the honey do list, thanks again.
