Default How do I remove the old seal?
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: PDB3600AWE
Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi Folks!

I am just too stupid to remove the motor/pump seal at the bottom of the tub.
Everything else is already removed, but I have no clue how I can get the old seal out and then the new seal on. Spare parts are already here, the dishwasher is already sitting in the center of the kitchen ;-)

Please let me know the secret. For the pros: I am blond, naturally blond ;-)

Thanks in advance for your help,
Rumpelstilzchen.

Hi Folks!

Forget it. Blondie just found the plastic release lever under the dishwasher.
I am so proud of myself ;-)

Cheers,
Rumpelstilzchen.
