Frigidaire Sensing and Washing light on but won't start

This dishwasher is less than 3 months old. These two lights (Sensing and washing) come on right after you start the machine, but it will not run. No sound what so ever, but the timer counts down. Anyway to reset the unit? The 800 number says the manufacturer is closed for calls on the weekend.

Does the dishwasher bring in water?

Will the unit drain if you hit the cancel button?

If your unit is only three months old you should call for service.
