Does the motor start at all?

If the motor is not starting then there is a problem with the wiring or the motor.

Your model number should have 6 to 8 digits after the 665.

the motor does work, all the water stays in the bottom of the dishwasher, it heats up but no water comes out of the arms and the arms do not spin.

I'm experiencing this as well. Did you fix it, and how did you?

I've solved my problem. I took the dishwasher apart, only to discover that the arms were not spinning because their was a piece of glass preventing the grater/food chopper assembly from cutting up the food. So the arms would not spin, and nothing got clean, although there was water, heat, etc.

Next, I removed the glass and cleaned all the icky old unchopped food out of the food chopper, then cleaned the mesh filters. I then reassembled. Pressure was now restored and the dishwasher works perfectly. The most difficult part was getting to chopper assembly by pulling out that plastic piece in the center.
