Default Error code "1H" flashing
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MDB 6601 AWB
Age: Less than 1 year

Hi:
No buttons work but the delay timer. When pressed, a "1H" flashes with the rinse light and alternates with flashing "heavy" and "normal" wash lights. Any help would be appreciated.

The 1 H is not a fault code it is the delay time of one hour.

If the control is not responding to any other button being push there is a problem with the control and it will have to be replace.

If you dishwasher is less than a year old it is under warranty and should be service by an authorized service center so your warranty is not void.

Here is a link to your dishwasher model MDB 6601 AWB.

Default Thanks

Warranty replaced the electronics and it works fine. It was the blinkinglights that made me think there was a code. Oh Well. Thanks again
