Default

Check to see if you have power to the motor.

See if the motor is turning freely.

Default Dishlex 300 ECO light flashing

I have a Dishlex Global 300 also where the ECO light would just flash and the drain pump run continuously - and I was not able to do anything by pressing buttons.

It turned out to be an overflow of water into the base of the machine.

There is a float switch in the base of the machine in a small plastic dish.
There is a metal cover with 2 small bolts that have to be removed to get to it.

I sponged the water out of that dish (and the rest in the base of the dishwasher), the float switch turned off - and everything worked as normal again.

I have exactly the same problem and I have taken out the filters in the bowl from the inside and I can only find a rubber valve within fingers reach in the very bottom. That doesn't appear to be closing properly (not sure if it is supposed to or not but that's the only moveable part that I can find in the bowl area). Did you have to remove the whole dishwasher unit to get to the float valve or am I missing something?

As an addendum, if I let the unit dry out for a few days without use it seems to work for a cycle at least.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Default Overflow (float) Switch

The float switch is under the dishwasher compartment.
Its function is to prevent water overflow into your house.

To get to it, usually you will need to remove the kickboard between your kitchen floor and the bottom of the dishwasher door. Then remove the metal panel with screws.

If it keeps activating most likely your water pressure is too high and your fill times too long. This can be adjusted (read the manual). Particularly as you state it works again after a few days, the water is no doubt evaporating.

It could also be a leak somewhere or fault.

Hope this helps.
