Glassware films up after ten or so washings. Have to go through a vinegar wash cycle to clean them. Tried adjusting rinse aid dispenser to "5" but rinse aid doesn't seem to be dispensing very well. Dispenser reservoir stays full for a VERY long time, which suggests that it is clogged or malfunctioning. However, soap dispenser flap releases perfectly each cycle. Do I need a new dispenser assembly or can I remove and clean the existing one? Please advise

Full dishwasher model number is KUDS24SEWH5
