Brand: Amana
Model Number: don't know
Age: 1 - 4 years
The door on my dishwasher is sticking to the point that I am beginning to wonder if it will open again the next time I close it. There is no visable damage to the latch--what else could it be??

Can you please supply your model number?

Shut the power off to the dishwasher and take the top part of the door apart and see if there is damage to the latch assembly.

With your model number I can provide a link to the breakdown of your dishwasher.
