Door opens during wash cycle

Dishwasher model #KUDS01FLSS2, I had the door gasket replaced last year, ever since then the door will pop open when the washer is running. Sometimes it will go for several weeks before opening again, other times (Like right now) it won't stay closed. Is there an adjustment for the metal catch on the door?
If so how do you adjust it?

Sound like the latch assembly is weak and may need to be replaced.

To my knowledge there are no adjustments on the latch.
