I no longer here the spring when I open the DW. Upon inspection of the probem door, there is a white rope with a plastic part on the left side on floor by the DW. This rope is cut. What do I need to repair this problem. Which parts? do I purchase e?[/font][/color]

Can anyone direct me to where I can puchase this 10 inch rope with 1 inch plastic part with a i/4 inch hole? I no longer hear the spring tension (and there is no tension at all)when I open the door. Kitchenaid dishwasher. Thank you
