Default Door cover replacement
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: EDW5100
Age: 1 - 4 years

I purchased a used unit and have removed the black door cover to repaint it...now I can't get it back on.

It looks like it should slide-on from the control panel end

but stops a couple of inches from the bottom of the door.

What is the proper installation procedure to put the cover back on?

Thank you,
