Smile Dispenser "Door" does not snap close
Brand: KitchenAid
Age: More than 10 years

I am replacing the detergent dispenser since the "doors" do not snap closed anymore. I ordered the replacement part and installed it (forgetting to test it first). On this one, only one door snaps closed. I called Partselect and they replaced it. The new dispenser that arrived -- BOTH doors don't stay closed (this time I did test it before installation). They are replacing it once again. My question, am I missing something -- or are these parts simply damaged?
