I have a Matsui Slimline Integrated Dishwasher (Model No MF145).

The problem is that it powers up and shows all necessary lights but when you come to choose one of the three washing programs, it can't be selected because it appears dead (no lights) Pressing the button should be once for rinse, twice for extra wash and three times for normal wash.

Also, this may be related or not, but the catch holding the door closed, does not work as it doesn't click and hold when the door is closed. As I can't get any program to work, I don't know whether it locks during the wash cycle or not

If sounds like you have a faulty door switch or latch.

You will have to take the door apart and check.

If the switch does not close the dishwasher will not operate.

Where was the dishwasher purchased?

I can't seem to locate it in our database.
