I have a 4 year old maytag dishwasher and out of the blue all the lights are flashing on and off and I can't push anything to get the dishwasher to start or to get the lights to stop flashing. What should I do? Please e-mail me at dmhopcus@roadrunner.com ASAP THANK YOU

Shut the power off to the dishwasher wait 1 minute and turn it back on.

If the light continue to flash you have a problem in the controls.

Check on the Maytag web site there may be a recall on your dishwasher.

You will need your complete model number and serial number.

You will find them on a tag on the dishwasher on the upper left side of the door opening.
