Unit begins cycle, runs for several minutes, then timer skips down to 2-1-off. In diagnostic mode it begins with the normal 88, then D1, then 11, and the rest of the diagnostic cycles are normal. It never fills with water and the inlet valve shows continuity. Any help would be appreciated.

Check and see if the float switch will move freely.

You should be able to hear the switch click when you raise and lower the float.

Thanks Sheila. I'll take a look at that in the morning. I'm also armed with a new control board if needed.
