Dishwasher wasn't draining. It sometimes would drain if I jiggled the float up and down so I replaced the float switch. No Luck, must have been a coincidence. Then it would only drain if I turned off the power, set the timer to drain and then turn the power back on. Now it won't drain or wash. It doesn't seem to be the timer since I can hear it going through the switches on a cycle and the drain solenoid is opening. It doesn't seem to be the motor since when this problem started it was washing and occasionally draining. Help!

It sound like you may have a broken wire.

You will need a meter to check and see where you are loosing your power.
