Unit is 4-5 years old. Fills fine but won't drain. Water left in bottom of unit. Hose to sink is not clogged. Please help.

When the dishwasher is suppose to drain do you hear the drain pump?

If you hear the motor and the water does not drain there is likely has damage to the drain impeller.
