Hi I am new menber.
This Dishwasher come with propoty. So there is no owners manual. IT was running good. But since I put normal dish soap into powder pocket problem happen. The problem is it start then 5min later stop then start button light start flicks, seems dose not proceed futher cycle. And dirty water stay at the bottom.
Any one know this kind problem? Please help.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it in our database?

When you say normal dish soap do you mean the liquid for doing dishes by hand?

Hi sheila thank you for responce.
It made by Whirlpool. model number : ADP8540
Yes it is Liquid soap and wash dish by hand. I check water supply is OK.
But I still pulling out the Dishwasher from kitchen bench yet to have look the drain.

Is this a Canadian model?
