Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: DU1020XTLQ0
Age: 1 - 4 years
When turning on dishwasher, water doesn't start flowing unless I turn the shut-off valve off and on under the sink. could this be a VALVE-INLT problem or what?

If the water isn't flowing when the unit is off,but only when it is on. It could be the water level float assembly or the timer. go here for parts.
