Model Number: whirlpool Model # du3000xr-1
Age: Please select
Dishwasher After turning on the machine
it appears that it runs thru the complete cycle and sounds like there
is water in the unit,but when you open the door the soap is still dry

I would try testing the water inlet valve and make sure the water supply is on.
