The dish washer is about 2.5-3 years old and it was working perfectly until today. The washer was running when I left to work in the morning and when I went back during lunch, the dishers were wet and I looked and none of the LED lights were on. I pressed all of the buttons and no response. I checked the Cricuit Breaker and its fine (Other electrical items on the same circuit breaker are working fine).

Tonight I will take it out from the under the cabinet and look at the wiring connections to make sure everyting is fine.

I am newbie and would like to know what are general reasons that dishwasher stops and what are basic steps in checking it out.

Any help is appreciated.

Check and see if you have voltage coming out of the control board.

The wiring diagram should be in the toe plate or in the control area.
