Hello -

It appears as though the three tiered portion of the spray arm got caught on something and now no longer fuller extends during the wash cycle. Any ideas on why the arm would not be extending? Should I just replace the tiered portion? If so, how do I remove the arm in order to remove the tiered portion?

When you grab it, and pull the tiered portion, does it come up all the way? If so you could very well have a water problem. I could be reached at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
