Hi.. I am trying to take apart the front control panel, where the buttons & knob are... having diffuclty getting it off after removing the three screws from the back (inside)..I am reluctant to use any real force in case I break/snap something... does anyone have any knowledge/suggestions on this? . Is it possible I have to take the main, larger panel off first? Thank you very much

Yes you will have to remove all the screws on the inner panel.

Then you will have access to the control panel cover.
