My Kenmore fills but will not run. I hope it is not the timer because I do not believe it is available anymore.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

If you advance it to the drain will it drain the water?

Will it do anything if you manually advance the timer?

You need to use a meter and check the motor windings for continuity, just check per the service sheet found under the kick panel.
