water remains in bottom of dishwasher.
i removed hoses and they seem to be ok.
inside the pump does turn freely with your finger.
during operation you can feel the water going through the drain hose.
what would cause the water not to drain completly

Please add a Model Number

I would remove the hose at the sink and let it drain into a pail.
Put a piece of cloth or plastic over the top of the pail so it does not splash all over
Now does it drain properly?

If yes you have a plumbing problem
If no you have a machine problem
Could be dirty filters.
