Actually 15 months old. While running normal wash cycle last night, the wash stopped with a ERR message on the panel. No where in the user manual does this error message get referenced. I tried to restart, but the only way to remove the message was to flip the circuit breaker off, then on. A PF flashed on the screen. Instructions to press the Start/Cancel key pad and at the same time press the No Heat Dry key pad for 1 1/2 seconds did nothing. Only way to remove PF (Power Failure) is to close the door. However, nothing lites up from that point forward. Power is on, but no response from the control panel. Am I looking at a control board replacement?

Yes it does sound like you are looking at a control replacement.
